Ryan Raak is the owner and founder of Night Lights Unlimited. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and 13 years in construction and real estate he decided to start Night Lights Unlimited (NLU) in early 2022 with the goal of bringing life to homes and businesses through smart color lighting. With his experience in IT Engineering that included researching million dollar computer systems and being the project manager for the purchase, installation and implementation of those systems researching & implementing the very best products for NLU is what Ryan excels at. 

The Crews

During most installations we operate with 3 person crews. During the summer months and holidays you'll likely see Jayden Raak, Ryan's son who has been installing with Ryan since day one as well as Braden Watembach and Cason Raph. These three are the original crew but they are now college students and they help when they can. 

Our second crew is Jay Janssen who has been working in construction and handyman work for 35 years. Whenever we run into something complicated Jay's the man to figure it out. Along with Jay is his son Tyler Janssen. Tyler has only been working with us for about 6 months but he has quickly picked up on the installation process. These two guys can do most jobs themselves but we often have Jorgen Kouri, Zach Vockler or Tanner assisting them.
